Subject	Does your Z have armrests on the doors?

Message	I notice a lot of Z's have leather covered armrests mounted on the inside door panels, but I've not been able to figure out what determined whether or not a Z got armrests. The normal answer I get from people is that it must have been something Nissan added at some point, but this doesn't appear to be the case. Below you will find links to cars that appear to have factory interiors -- older with armrests, newer without. Any additional insight??
